David Msongori

David Msongori serves as the National Chairman of the Association of County Students Presidents Kenya (ACSP Kenya), the premier student leadership platform connecting student leaders across all 47 counties in Kenya. In this role, he represents the collective voice of county-level student governance and advocates for the interests of students in policy and national development conversations.

As National Chairman, David plays a pivotal role in building a new generation of civically engaged, democratically minded young Kenyan leaders. His platform brings together student leaders who are not merely focused on campus affairs but are actively shaping the development trajectories of their communities, counties, and the nation.

His leadership embodies the conviction that youth are not simply beneficiaries of development but its most vital architects. Through ACSP Kenya, David has built bridges between student governance, county governments, and national institutions — ensuring that young people have a structured, credible channel through which to participate in governance and development dialogue.

At the NGO Summit 2026, David represents the power and potential of organised youth leadership in Kenya's devolved governance system — bringing the perspectives of thousands of student leaders and challenging NGOs and policymakers to meaningfully include youth voice in the design and delivery of development programming.
