Megan White Mukuria is an Ashoka Fellow and award-winning leader in gender equity and menstrual health, with 23 years of leadership in Kenya. As Founder of ZanaAfrica, she built a pioneering organisation combining eco-friendly sanitary pad manufacturing, school-based SRHR education reaching 280,000 young people annually, and an AI-powered health referral chatbot. Her work has been featured in over 40 global media stories, she launched Kenya's first National Sanitary Towels Campaign (2006), and ZanaAfrica's programming is now being scaled into the national government curriculum.
